Martin &Co have been great over the last few months with the result of a successful sale of our house, Justine was very efficient with coming around to value the property, and when we agreed to go with Martin &Co she did a very professional job with the marketing. Charlotte took the lead with viewings and once sale was agreed she was brilliant at keeping us up to date with progress and also making contact with various solicitors taking the stress off of us. Charlotte was knowledgeable and always able to answer some of the most random questions we had. We can’t thank you both enough for all of your help and support.

I’ve been with Martin & Co for over 10 years, and they’ve been consistently excellent in managing my letting properties. The whole team is professional and friendly, and I’d especially like to mention Justine Hoy and Matthew Meyer. Justine is always clear and honest with her advice and has a genuine knack for solving issues quickly while keeping things calm and straightforward. Moving from the US to the UK came with plenty of challenges, but Matt made the process so much smoother. He was professional, courteous, and showed me several great places until I found the right one. On move-in day, I had a delay with an international wire transfer, but Matt went above and beyond—he contacted the landlord directly and got everything sorted so I could still move in that same day. Five stars—super easy to work with and just a genuinely good guy.

Excellent service once again from Martin & Co. We always go back to them when our rental property becomes vacant. Matt has once again been a great help to us he's kept us up to date after viewings and is always very professional. The whole process has gone through very smoothly.
