The service I received was excellent. Helen's invaluable help and expertise guided us through the whole selling process of my late father's property and she supervised all viewings which freed up my time. Would highly recommend!

Takes them multiple emails to resolve any issues, constantly chasing, e.g. when the radiator in the flat we rented failed, it took them 6 months to replace it, during which we had to chase constantly. Wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible at communication and getting things fixed.
I have waited 18 months for some damp to be looked at. They fixed the outdoor leak but have been left with damp, peeling wallpapers. Apparently there is still a lack of plaster from the original lockdown.
And have an unsafe garden so the kids can't use., again I have been waiting months, keep blaming the weather.
Completely lost faith!

Sold my house with Kelly @ Medlock Estates. We got a great price selling the house (5k more than other estate agents) and Kelly was very informative and easy to contact everything went smoothly and I can't recommend them enough.

Not to be trusted when it comes to returning your deposit. My advice is to communicate through emails. I had to appeal to the tenancy deposit scheme who got me back deposit. My emails backed up my case.
