Mandy Sutcliffe guided us on the sale of my late mum's property. From the very first meeting, she offered support and was extremely sensitive, caring and mindful of the situation we were in. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and always had the answer to our questions. On numerous occasions, I had contacted her out of hours or over the weekend but she always responded promptly with the answers. We couldn't have asked for anything more from a member of your team and will always be grateful to her.
