Called the branch to enquiry about a property, and the agents were very unprofessional and rude. Transferred the call to another department and didn’t state why I was being transferred! Once transferred, I was waiting on the call and no one answered ?? Called the agent back and she gave attitude, asked for her name and she didn’t give it, but mentioned Stewart deals with that property, she transferred me again and no one picked up the phone. Stinking attitude from the agents

PLEASE AVIOD AT ALL COST. One of the worst estate agents. They have been holding my deposit for more than 2 months. I have been ringing to get hold of Sarah but she is always busy. They say that they will ring me back but never do. AVIOD THEM IF YOU DO NOT WANT STRESS. THEY ARE THIEVES.

It’s almost 2 months they have been holding my deposit, Worst estate agents in the UK, thieves they never support the tenants who leave the property and always stay on the side of the landlords, just stay in the property for 6 months and they are putting a list of Maintenance on me. Worst worst. I’ll go to the last extant to protect my deposit! 😡
