We had the pleasure of working with Scott and Melanie at Mosley Jarman Bramhall during a recent attempt to move, and we would not hesitate to recommend both these individuals and the agency. From the outset, they were proactive and professional—they swiftly arranged high-quality photographs and ensured our property was listed without delay once we made the decision to proceed. At no point did we feel pressured into putting our house on the market. The team was patient and respectful of our uncertainty, and when we were ready, they acted promptly and efficiently. Communication throughout was outstanding. Scott kept us fully informed at every stage with regular—often daily—calls, ensuring we always felt up to date and reassured. Regrettably, due to circumstances entirely outside the agency’s control, our intended purchase fell through and we have ultimately decided not to move at this time. However, when we do revisit the process, we will return to Mosley Jarman without hesitation. Having experienced the questionable practices and ethics of some larger chain agents during this process our experience with Mosley Jarman was refreshingly different. Over the course of six months, Scott and the team provided consistent, thoughtful support, and it was always clear that they had our best interests at heart.
