We viewed an apartment in Poynton for our daughter that was being sold by Mosley Jarman. Melanie showed us around first time and was very helpful with prompt timekeeping. After that we made an offer and dealt with Neil Clubman. He arranged a second extended viewing where we were free to browse with no pressure or sales pitch. We then liased extensively with Neil to negotiate a good deal and move forward to exchange and completion. The process wasn't straight forward due to issues on our side with arranging a mortgage and Neil was invaluable in recommending a good local mortgage broker. Throughout the whole transaction, Neil and his team were excellent in communicating every step and chasing his vendor when necessary. Happily this meant the whole thing was less stressful than it would have been and i would happily recommend Mosley Jarman to others. I was lovely to deal with a local and highly professional agent who always had time to go above and beyond. A rare thing these days!
