Neil Robinson Estate Agents

Previously, I’ve been reluctant to use estate agents thinking they were just another unnecessary hurdle and expense to buying and selling. This company changed my mind. We initially went with the one with the flashier logo but nothing happened. No interest in our house. We moved to Neil Robinson and dealt with Lloyd. Our house sold very soon after. The difference? They work hard to get you viewings, they filter out the people who aren’t serious and most importantly they communicate extremely effectively. Everyone involved, including solicitors, is in a WhatsApp group and you share mobile numbers. There are no delays waiting for letters or even emails to arrive. Lloyd is extremely professional and very good at his job. He told us a prospective client didn’t use them because he dressed too casually! Wearing a suit or having a flashy logo doesn’t make you any better at your job but it might initially mask some of your deficiencies. Five stars. Excellent service.
