Best estate agents in Rochdale! Danielle and her team are amazing, have been there every step of the way, with advice, help and keeping us appraised of progress. This sale would not have gone through without their persistence, patience and professionalism.

I decided to go with Nest Estate Agents to sell my house and I wasn’t disappointed. Danielle, Joanne and Diane were great from start to finish. The contract was straight forward and I loved the no long ‘tie ins’ and a set fee for sale.
They always got back to me if I left a message and I was regularly updated throughout the sale process. They did a great job for me. Would definitely recommend them.

We chose to go with Nest after being stuck on the market for 7 months. Not only did we see an immediate increase in viewings with Nest, but we also had an offer within 3 weeks. Really friendly and helpful during the stressful process. Would highly recommend.

Danielle is fabulous ! We sell a lot of houses and lost a trusted estate agent, struggled but came across Danielle ! Down to earth , normal discussions and in touch to the end. I can only say go for Nest , it’s a personal service.
