I was a first time buyer purchasing a property by myself in a new city and the Normie team were nothing short of amazing! They were friendly, engaging and informative every step of the way, had a lot of quality vendors to recommend (I found my solicitor and moving company through them) and quick to respond to any questions. Nicole and Rebecca led everything for me and I can’t thank them enough for their support.
Highly recommend Normie as they have quality properties and great relationships with the buyer and seller so everyone’s happy. Currently working through the recommendations they provided for once you move in, so their service doesn’t stop after they’ve completed the sale, they go that extra mile, illustrating how much they care about their clients.

We sold our house with Normie in January 2025 and they really made our house sale seamless. They’re great at communicating, especially between solicitors and genuinely have an interest in making the sale of your house go as smoothly as possible. Nicole especially was great and she would always check in with us and keep us up to date. Would defo recommend!

I had a great experience with Normie Estate Agents - both Josh, who handled the sale of my house, and Nicole, who looked after completions were super nice and also reassuring when the sale ran into complications. I felt I could trust them to act in my best interests and Nicole went the extra mile for me when my seller's solicitor was delaying the process, chasing up my seller's estate agent to try to resolve the problem. I would recommend Normie to anyone, they made the stressful experience of selling a house as good as it could be.

Normie go above and beyond - we would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house! Nicole was fantastic in leading us through the process and supporting us when the chain was challenging. Nigel also provided an excellent service when valuing our house and negotiating the best deal for us.
