They manage my block and don't do a thing. my land lord asked them repeatedly to change bulbs, smoke alarms and carpets. they promised to call a meeting between the neighbours to discuss how to spend the money in the kitty - I'm still waiting.
Has taken over half a year to reflag the path of our block.
ignored the residents preferences on how to re-carpet the staircase..

I have recently rented a flat with Northern Flats and I cannot stress enough how helpful they have been.
the fees are affordable, the staff are very helpful and my move was easy and quick
I would definitely recommend Northern Flats, they are the best letting agent I have ever rented from

I wont give even 1 star!!! Just called and ask about if they have any property available but the old lady talking very rude and disrespectful!!! Poor customer service and Agnecy!

Been with them 2 years never an issue iff there is its resolved quickly with no hassle i would reccommend using them... remi
