If I could leave a 10 star review, I would still try to give 11 for the services received from the Northwood team. Nothing was ever too much and the team was always prepared to go that extra mile to ensure world class services. They stand true to their promises and are always looking for the best solutions and do not rest until all is completed at the highest standard. The whole process was as smooth as possible, the team always responded promptly to all the queries, suggested the most efficient solutions and made everything stress free for us. I highly recommend Northwood. Although we decided in the end to sell our house, we met the rentals team as well and couldn't be happier with all the advice and services we received from both sides. We used Northwood to sell our house. Rebecca and Diana were outstanding and went above and beyond. Their communication was top notch and they were always easy to get in touch with and quickly responded to any queries we had. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

You went above and beyond, even spending almost two hours outside of office hours to hand over the keys to us. We truly appreciate it! I found Northwood extremely efficient and helpful. Diana and Rebecca always returned calls and went out of their way to assist in all aspects of the sales. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and will use their services in the future
