Northwood were the estate agents for the property we have just bought. Amy looked after the file and was brilliant from start to finish. Was always quick to respond to any questions and was lovely to deal with throughout. Thanks Amy for all your help

David was a fantastic help getting our house on the market and really down to earth and helpful. When we sold the house Amy was incredible and went above and beyond through the whole process. We are really grateful to them both!

Would definitely recommend Northwood. Amy was my main contact I could not rate her highly enough. She dealt with everything in such a professional manner and always put me at ease. A credit to the company!

Bought my flat through Northwood and would recommend. The viewing was professional and they were flexible with timings especially considering the distance from their offices.
Amy was my contact and was quick to respond and relay information throughout the buying process which gave me lots of peace of mind.

Booked a valuation & after arranging date & time they cancelled hours before to say valuer was poorly & they would re-arrange.3 weeks later still waiting.What a shamble of an excuse for ineffiency.Apparently customers are a nuisance it would seem, go elsewhere, not recommended.Update & now 6 weeks later still waiting for courtesy of a valuation, perhaps valuer is still poorly ah diddums! What a shambles.
