I started using O'Conner Bowden over 10 years ago when I purchased a buy to let apartment in Manchester. Now knowing the area I decided to interview Three agents. O'Conner Bowden were by far the most efficient and they let my apartment very quickly and at a rent that was above my expectations. Since then the apartment has not been vacant any longer than a few days between tenancies. All matters concerning issues with the maintenance have been sorted promptly and without inconvenience to the tenants. Their attention to detail ensures that rentals are received promptly and the administration of the account is first class enabling me to get all the information required by my accountant for year end accounts. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a smooth experience either as a tenant or as a landlord.

My tenancy was previously managed by Urban Bubble and then Connor Bowden took over just after halfway through my tenancy. I was really worried as it’s never simple when your landlord changes midway through the tenancy but I was pleasantly surprised. O’Connor Bowden took complete control, communication was amazing, responses were so quick. They made me feel so secure and reassured. A special thank you to Emma Knight who helped me towards the end of my tenancy.

Would highly recommend as one of the best agents to work with in Manchester.
We rented a flat at Transmission house through O'Connor Bowden. The entire process from the initial viewing - tenancy agreements - maintenance and also the move-out process was extremely smooth.
Emma, who dealt with our flat was always very helpful and quick in getting our queries and issues solved.
Very reasonable agents to work with, we ended up getting most of our deposits after we moved out. They were also very reasonable with the charges that we did incur.

I highly recommend O'Connor Bowden if you want to rent a property. They are professional and very easy going. The whole process was swift and without any hassle. My property manager was Jodie, she is exceptional, communicates effectively, timely response to any issue and cared about her tenant.
