We have recently sold our house with the help and guidance of Pete at Open house-Wigan. He deserves all 5 stars and more for the abundance of advice and support he gave to us along our rather stressful selling process. Pete took beautiful pictures of our home, which meant we got lots of viewings and helped in us securing an offer over asking price. Pete did all the viewings for us and guided us through all the stages of selling our house. He really went above and beyond, by liaising with both sides solicitors and the vendor, to speed up the process as we was applying for new school places out of area. Pete was very easy to contact at what ever time of day I had a query and was always very professional. From what was a stressful process as our initial house sale fell through, Pete had put our house back up for sale the same day and it had sold again within the week. I would thoroughly recommend Pete and want to thank him once more for helping us in selling our house. The JPs.

Overall great experience. Pete was always contactable anytime and would always make time to deal with any questions we had and would always keep us up to date with progress throughout the process. Pete did all of the viewings himself which I believe is the best way to sell your house and his fees are the best around for the service provided and will do his utmost to make sure your house has the best chance of selling. His recommendations for mortgage advisor and solicitors again were again of a high standard and this helped the overall process of selling our house within a quick time period. Thanks for all your help Pete, much appreciated and highly recommended to anyone looking at selling their house

Pete was fantastic. We were trying to sell my parents place. The house was on the market for months with another estate agent with little success. Pete was recommended by my sister in law, he came, we spoke, he was patient, friendly and gave good advice. After some great pictures taken, approval sought, the house was on the market. Within days we had a prospective buyer that came to fruition. I am very happy and highly recommend Open House, particularly Pete.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Open House and especially Pete Oliver. He has all the attributes required to assist anyone either buying or selling a property. Pete takes complete care of you and is so easy to deal with, updating you on a regular basis. He can run rings around the local Estate Agents in Ormskirk... with his honesty and professionalism and charging a fraction of what we would of had to have paid locally. Without a shadow of a doubt, the best estate agent! Pete Oliver really is a cut above the rest, and believe me; we've experienced them all! Pete went above and beyond to make the process as simple and straight forward as possible. He kept us up to date and really did go the extra mile. He has been fantastic to us and we will not use anyone else ever again. We've had a terrible time with several other estate agents in the area, so it makes such a difference to get someone who truly cares and wants the best, least stressful experience that they can for you.
