Went for a viewing on a Saturday , offered asking price as soon as I walked out ! She told me she needs to wait till monday and was told she wanted feed back of the others that viewed ! I said please inform the vendor immediately! She refused and said she's waiting on feed back and cause they offered same price and the agent didn't tell them who cam 1st he went with the other option. Un professional company. By law they should have informed the vendor immediately not professional!!!! In my view !

A brilliant service from start to finish. Franca assisted when we listed the house and then Lisa continued the process when we found a buyer. I want to thank Lisa in particular as she was very understanding, patient and professional when dealing with the many queries we had due to us not having sold a house before. I genuinely didn't have a clue and Lisa recognised that and went above an beyond at times. Philip James were recommended to us and I wouldn't hesitate to do the same to family and friends.

My first experience of Philip James Kennedy was a positive one, thanks to Kathrine. I went into the office to discuss my requirements and she was patient, attentive and demonstrated a good knowledge of the area and estate agency. She provided me with some property details and was professional and i didnt feel rushed compared to other agents I have been in. Thank you Kathrine

I've recently bought my first home using Philip James Kennedy, everyone at the office was really helpful in organising viewings and sending me suitable properties, Rick and Tony especially. Tony showed me around some great properties in Reddish he was really knowledgeable and helpful and guided me through the whole process. I was put in touch with Leanne the mortgage advisor who was a great help and found me a great deal and helped when we needed the lender chasing. I think I'd still be waiting to complete if it wasn't for Lisa chasing everyone to make sure it all went through, she was amazing at keeping everyone on track and making sure I was kept updated at every step of the way. Thank you all!

Where do I start! We have had such a brilliant experience with Wayne Scott and the team at this estate agent. Wayne went above and beyond our expectation of an estate agent. He really stepped in and helped us with our purchase, as well as dealing with our sale. He has made the whole process pleasurable, exciting and smooth. He has answered the phone when I ring, messaged me back (even in unsocial hours, his days off!) and kept us up to date with everything- amazing!! Thanks Wayne! Communication is the key with estate agents and the team at Philip James in Heaton Moor have got it sussed. We have been informed at every step of the process. We have felt really well looked after. Wayne listened to our needs and met them. I have to give a shout out to Nowshia and Victoria too, I highly recommend this team, I wish them all the best in the future!
