Ethan has been wonderful in our renting journey. The group of us has had a tough time being kicked out of our current property as our landlord is selling and Ethan put us as ease and was very knowledgeable about the new property we were visiting. He’s made the journey very smooth and efficient in the process and we’re very excited to move into our new home :)

I had a viewing with Lynn and she was fabulous! Lynn knew all the information to the questions, and her positive and bubbly attitude made me feel very relaxed and rubbed off on me for the viewing also. Very happy to be conversing with Phillip James as whole, they’ve been great. Many thanks!

I had such a great experience with Chloe Hay while sorting out my let. I first met her in the branch and she was so approachable, professional, and genuinely helpful from the start. I am pleased to report that the property viewing I attended today was a positive experience. The flat was well-maintained and in a good condition. I would also like to add that this was one of the most pleasant interactions I have had with a real estate agent. Henry contacted me this morning to confirm the appointment. I was uncertain about the address. I felt comfortable reaching out to him for clarification, and he was knowledgeable about the property's details and answered all of my questions.
