I found applying and communication with this company awful. They never answer the phone, very standoffish via email and they don’t update you on your application/offer on a property unless prompted. Very passive aggressive, they can't even answer simple questions. Looking at all these reviews, it all makes sense now. A blessing in disguise that I didn’t get the property!

Awful building management company. Avoid at all costs. I’ve had a damp issue in my flat that hasn’t been resolved a year on by Primo. Instead they seem to be in some kind of legal battle with the contractor that finished building the flats instead of paying to resolve the issue. Primo don’t reply to my letting agent’s emails to find out what is being done with regards to the issue. Primo offered to send someone to come look at the damp once with less than 24 hours notice which I couldn’t be available for due to work commitments. My letting agent and I have not heard anything from them since. Scaffolding went up on the building months ago with no work carried out to date. I’ve also a broken intercom screen which my letting agent said was covered under the building warranty, Primo yet to replace after a year. Other issues: - A number of the fire door auto closers have broken, on my floor rather than replace them Primo have just removed/left them broken meaning the fire doors stays open. - A couple of the letters with building name have fallen off/been vandalised which have been left un replaced for months. - Bathrooms finished to poor standard resulting in water damage to the walls. - A parcel box was introduced but Primo only decided to share the code to it with tenants they are the letting agent for, I had to find it out via Facebook. I think this is now broken anyway.

Rebecca from Primo helped me and my partner find a place as we were particular as to what we wanted and we wanted to ensure it was Pet Friendly. She helped us find this amazing flat we are in now at Salford and was so great at helping us through the process of us sorting out our tenancy. She was very pleasant and was so quick at sorting the tenancy agreement and even relaying any concerns or things we wanted to address to the landlord. 10/10 would recommend

Just avoid!My original move in date was 30/10 and the reference checked has completed on 09/10 and this company lack of communication and no response for 2 weeks and I have sent multiple emails and calls to them and they said will review and reply the next day but after a week still no one reply to anything. Only 5 days (25/10)before the contract starts date the reference company has informed me the process is done. Between 09/10 to 25/10 can only wait in desperate for somebody to review my reference because just one of their staff is on holiday and nobody els in the entire company can help to review my contract. Luckily I am able to find a place that is better than the one with Primo. Just avoid
