*Shocking dishonesty—do not trust this agency.*
I rented a property through this agency and paid a deposit as required. When my tenancy ended, I was told my deposit had been registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS). But when I tried to claim it, I discovered they had created the DPS account in my name but used their own email address—meaning I had no access and they had full control. They withdrew my deposit without my knowledge or consent.
When I confronted them, instead of fixing the issue, they had the audacity to offer me a “lawyer” for £225 to recover my own money—which they had already claimed! This is not just negligent, it’s deliberate, manipulative, and unethical.
Tenants beware: this agency will not protect your rights. I’m reporting them to the Property Ombudsman, Trading Standards, and possibly taking legal action. Total joke of a company—avoid them at all costs.

One of leading property managers and letting personals. Very professional and highly efficient.
The team was spot on and helpful.
They went beyond what is expected to find me the right property. The service from start to end was good.
I can recommend this agency to anyone looking for properly in Manchester.
Kudos to Mr Najeeb. Superb customer service and knowledgeable person.

Very unprofessional and dishonest. Booked a viewing 4 days in advance. Rang them on the day after travelling an hour,
only to be told that the property was sold/rented privately by the owner and the agency did not know! The agent then proceeded to tell me about the property that was not even half to the size of the one I was interested in.

Avoid at All Costs
This agency is a complete nightmare. They act like they care, but it’s all a facade. They promised us—and several others—that flats would be ready soon, and we could move in. We waited and waited, holding onto the hope they gave us. However, it turns out they were stringing us along. Others warned us about this agency’s lies, but we wanted to believe they were honest. Big mistake.
From what we’ve learned, they make empty promises about properties that don’t even exist just to keep people hooked. Because of their deception, we stopped searching elsewhere and wasted valuable time when we were desperate to find a place to rent.
It’s not just us—many others have had bad experiences with them, and I suspect their positive reviews are fake. Ask anyone in Cheetham Hill, and you’ll hear the same thing. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this agency. Playing with people’s hopes is unacceptable, and I won’t let it slide.
