I used Quay Property to sell my apartment in MediaCity. H was very responsive upon my initial enquiry and took me through the sales process, answering all of my questions. As someone who hasn't sold a property before, this was extremely helpful so I knew what to expect. He was an expert in the local area and ensured my listing had great imagery, video and description. Whilst my sale did take a bit of time, Quay Property & H regularly checked in and offered advice. The apartment sold in the end and H managed to get my counter offer accepted. Throughout the process H would regularly check in and help ensure all parties were aligned (i.e. if we were waiting on something, or if something was needed of me). I highly recommend Quay Property if you are looking to sell as the process was great from start to finish.

Quay property were you exceptional when helping us once we had given our notice on the rental property managed by them. H in particular worked extremely hard in assisting us throughout the 3 years in our apartment, and did not let us down as we prepared for our move, which we are so grateful for. We were guided and supported to ensure we got our deposit back in a timely manner which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use Quay property in the future.

We used Quay Property to market and sell our apartment within Media City. We chose this firm above other Estate Agents because we were impressed by H, the Sales Manager - he was very knowledgeable about property prices and sales activity within the Media City / Salford Quays area; he was very approachable; and, we found him to be very professional. He had excellent communication skills - always reliable and quick to respond. Towards the end of the sales process he liaised with our buyer and Solicitors to ensure that our sale was pushed over the finishing line. We wouldn't hesitate to use H again or recommend to others.
