They have been great agents for our apartment in Oldham town centre for over an year, never had any issues with communication/repairs response time.
No fuss with deposit refund.
I'd recommend them as a good agency

Wouldn’t fix our mould issue even though we had been reporting it for 4 months. Would take months at a time to fix our broken boiler even during the coldest months of the year! Having to spend the coldest months of the year in a cold and mouldy flat made us incredibly ill. Then they kept our deposit for way longer than they should’ve and when we chased it up they used the excuse that the person who was supposed to sort it was on a hen do ( this was several weeks after our agreed deposit date). Do not rent from them! Unless you want to live in a cold mouldy flat.

Very professional.
Quick respondent.
Sorted anything that came through, accommodating with move in and move out dates.
Returned deposit back 100% time, no fuss.
Stayed in one of the apartments on Gower street oldham.
Great agent to be honest.

They keep your deposit even after agreeing to send it back
We have been chasing them up about our deposit for months now and they are ignoring all our emails, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I can’t tell if they’re scammers or incompetent but either way stay away if you ever want to see your deposit back

I have been a tenant of the company for almost 4 years. I initially had a few issues but these were quickly and efficiently resolved. The fact that I am still here bears testament to the good work put in by the landlord and his staff. The current office staff are in my view the best during my time here. Also the maintenance and other staff are excellent. The landlord himself, Roger Kennedy, is very approachable. I have mobility issues, and he had a rail erected on the steps outside to help me.
