Bought our new home through Reeds Rains and the help and advice we received from Jamie and Nick made the process much easier to navigate. We were able to contact Jamie by phone or email with any queries (there were many!) and he responded promptly and with a friendly professional manner. We never felt like we were bothering him. Invaluable when you are buying a house in today’s market. Thank you.

Had the pleasure of buying a bungalow through reeds rains Bury recently (June 21) What an absolute pleasure very professional, honest, happy to help with any questions/queries. No hard sell or sales rubbish factual ( which l like). Took the stress out of bungalow buying unlike our experience with another local estate agent!! Very highly recommended you certainly would be disappointed

We have recently sold two houses with Reeds Rains Bury. Our own house and a deceased relatives.
From start to finish we were well impressed with the professionalism of the team at the office. We had day to day contact and updates on progress and most importantly we had comparatively quick sales and achieved near asking prices.
In procuring an estate agent to sell these properties we obviously approached several local companies and none of them could touch Reed Rains enthusiasm, knowledge, suggested selling price and/or commission.
They are really a Five Star outfit.
It goes without saying that we have recommended Reeds Rains to several relatives and friends who are moving and we were very happy to post this review.

Pleasant enough staff however lacked on the basics, kept calling me by different names - total basics, didn't know i had put in and had an offer accepted - i had to call and chase this and was first told "ill call you back" to then "ah yes its here on a sticky note". I would also advise to get everything in writing, i made the mistake of quoting things discussed over the phone our which were later shunned as not happening. Use your own solicitor
