Dean, Sophie & Ellena, have been so professional, efficient & communicative. They really are the gold standard of what you would expect from an estate agent. I asked Reeds Rains to visit and provide a valuation along with two other estate agents. Dean's valuation was conducted in a very professional manner but his experience in selling properties shone through. He didn't give the highest valuation but his pragmatic approach & direct advice on selling properties in the current market conditions is what you need as a seller. Due to Dean's advice, open & honest approach I decided to sell with Reeds Rains. Sophie and Ellena have been brilliant organising 8 viewings on the first weekend of my house going on the market, with 4 offers been received. Sophie has kept me up to speed at all times. Her communication is first class & her advice, support is very reassuring. The team respond to emails and all communications which during your house sale is an essential attribute. From the very first contact, Reeds Rains have been nothing but amazing. We had recently started considering whether we would like to purchase a home, so when my partners rented home went up for sale we immediately agreed to buy it. Within a week, the team had helped me to get my existing property on the market and also arranged viewings received offers. It was sold within a fortnight. Dean, Sophie and Ellena have gone above and beyond to help us buy our new home, especially since the property I was selling was out of their local area. I really cannot praise or recommend them highly enough. Right from the start the communication has been excellent and I have been kept informed every step of the way whilst they have given sound advice that protects our interests.
