Jake Edison went above and beyond working as hard as he could practically possibly do producing the best results ever. I would recommend Reeds Rains to any buyer or seller any day and any time. Everyone was very professional and polite but above all Jake was excellent. Always available in every way possible when needed and very helpful. I would use Reeds Rains over and over again. Not usually writing reviews but in this case can’t otherwise! All the team was absolutely amazing! Always have been in contact with us, keep us updated constantly. Todd, Mia and Kirsty absolutely smashed it! Sold our property superfast and look after us through all the process! We couldn’t pick better agents and an agency! We sold our property over asking price in less than two weeks! We can only recommend Reeds Rains as they really are absolutely professional dream team! Can’t thanks them all enough!

Throughout the entire process, Reeds Rains demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the local property market, providing insightful advice and clear communication every step of the way. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly, which greatly reduced any stress associated with buying a property. Especially, Laura is very helpful to get a better deal and solve issues.

I had a really great experience with Reeds Rains. From day one, they were super helpful in understanding my needs and helping to lock the flat for us. They were with me every step of the way—whether it was for the initial rental or the renewal process. The whole team was very responsive, kept me updated, and made sure everything went smoothly, all the way until I got the keys. It was clear they really care about helping their clients. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a place to rent!
