I TOTALLY recommend this agent, especially Megan & Lee. We were selling my elderly parents house, and they dealt with the process with compassion and dedication. The photos / drone images were outstanding and the advert was incredible. Within two weeks we had two offers! Definitely an agent to be recommended!

I would happily recommend Regan and Hallworth. The amount of problems that occurred during the sale of my late father's house,from our side and the buyers side, was unreal. As a result this sale took some time to complete. Megan kept me up to date with proceedings and was always available by phone or txt if I had any questions. We were recommended Woodward Solicitors which then became kjd law. Nora, our solicitor, was always at the end of the phone if needed. Price for both was reasonable.

I'm giving 3 stars because the marketing of the house was very successful, the photos were excellent and the initial management of the sale was very good. As soon as we accepted an offer however, all communication stopped. I have not had an outbound call from them in 11 weeks. I have phoned them, maybe 3 times maximum, to ask if they could push for dates from my purchaser, or get information from my seller, who is also using them, and none of my phone calls have been returned. The lady I spoke to said "you have Mr Xs number don't you?" when I asked for some information. I explained that this was the point of using an estate agent. I have never experienced such bad attitude and lack of service in buying or selling a house. I gave them another chance after experiencing poor service in 2003, well more fool me. Never again

I had a fantastic experience with the team here purchasing my new property, Paula especially was incredibly helpful throughout the process and I would recommend them. The sale was quite long and complicated and they were invaluable at key stages.

My property had been on the market with another estate agent for a while and I had been let down terribly by them. I then came here and Paula was my point of contact. This lady is an angel sent from heaven, she went above and beyond, I really don’t know what I would have done without her and her amazing team. I’ve now moved and I’m happy but it was all down to Paula and her team. Nothing was too much trouble and she keeps you in the loop the whole way, she takes all the worry onto her shoulders, which is always a massive help. Thanks Paula x
