We rented a house with Regency. All staff were professional and knowledgeable. The check in / check out process was very easy due to excellent staff communication. The app was easy to navigate and the few issues we had with the property were resolved quickly and efficiently. We were always informed in plenty of time when they would be attending the property for the 6 month review. Our deposit was refunded within a few days of leaving. I would recommend them without hesitation

Regency estates have been so helpful during my tenancy applicationā¦ clearly providing me with instructions and promptly answering any of my questions. I am happy to have them as the agency dealing with my rental property and would recommend them to anyone wishing to find a new home. The staff are also friendly and seem to care about you personally which is always a bonus as moving home is not easy.

I found the Regency lettings department to be extremely friendly and helpful. From the start to the end of the process they were efficient, communicated really well and were a pleasure to deal with. Special shout out to Aimee who went above and beyond for us š

Renting a beautiful house through Regency Estates is, in itself, a godsend. I am very, very lucky. But what has made the experience remarkable is the incredibly good service I have received from the whole team, especially Louise. My move was smooth and the quick and standard and efficient service and help I received from the team over the last couple of weeks has been outstanding, no job too small, no question too silly or unanswered. So efficient and so friendly a team, couldnāt ask for anything better. Thank you so, so much. I would recommend Regency Estates to anyone and everyone.
