Thank you Catherine Salisbury at Ryder Dutton for helping us purchase our new home.
Catherine made a stressful process feel much more manageable. She handled all negotiations with care and balance, ensuring that everyone felt heard, something we really appreciated as buyers.
We also really appreciated how proactive and diligent Catherine was, keeping the process moving to ensure we completed within the agreed timescale, even when there were delays through out the chain. She stayed in regular contact and was always on hand to answer questions or chase things when needed. Thanks again.

I honestly cannot fault the service we received from Ryder & Dutton. From the beginning through to completion they did everything in their power to make the process as quick and as efficient as possible.
From conveying our love of the property to the seller to help us secure the best price, to chasing our solicitors for updates, the team at Ryder & Dutton are fantastic, efficient and friendly.
A special mention to Catherine Sailsbury for always being so approachable, kind and responsive. You really made the whole process all the more exciting and enjoyable, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts from both of us.

I would like to thanks Ryder and Dutton for there help over the past few months. Firstly I would like to thank Jenna Henley who helped me towards the end of 2024 but unfortunately the vendor pulled out of the sale the day before the moving date. Jenna went beyond her duties to help me and I thank her very much. Today I took ownership of another property thanks to the help of Catherine Salisbury..and again Catherine went above and beyond to help me with every aspect of purchasing a new home even when I was upset she was there at the end of the phone, nothing was too much and she put me at ease with a smile on my face.
Thank you ladies for all of your help..especially being there for me when I lost my Mum in December. If and I say If I ever purchase another property it will be with Ryder and Dutton Heywood... Thank You ...Sue Gilston
