WORST ESTATE AGENT IN THE COUNTRY. Absolute shocking Estate Agents. DO NOT USE. They charge the highest fees in the industry and provide the worst service possible. They made an absolute mess of everything, very poor communication and didn’t return my calls or emails. Really struggled to get my fees back as they demanded more and more fees. Will never use again. STAY AWAY FROM RYDER AND DUTTON UNLESS YOU WANT A POOR SHODDY SERVICE AND WANT TO PAY EXTORTIONATE FEES.
UPDATE 12 DECEMBER 2024:
The PRS Property Redress Scheme has now ruled in my favour and awarded me a substantial amount of compensation.
Ryder and Dutton cannot charge £150 every time they want to send a contractor out for a quote.
Ryder and Dutton cannot charge £185 to change 2 batteries in a smoke alarm.
The fees Ryder and Dutton estate agents charge are horrendous and unfair.

Useless. When trying to view a house for rent, they demanded for us to complete a full reference before viewing. Just as lazy as one can get. Moreover, both my wife and me keep getting requests for this reference despite having called them asking to cancel this.

Ryder & Dutton were amazing at helping me to rent a new property. Gemma, Sarah and Moira especially were friendly, supportive and lovely throughout the whole process.
There was constant communication and were quick to reply to emails and phone calls. I felt that I had nothing to worry or stress about. Everything was seamless and I couldn’t praise their service enough.
Overall they are lovely, down to earth people who made everything so easy and would highly recommend. Thank you all for your help ☺️

Me and my partner have had an excellent experience with Ryder and Dutton. This is all thanks to Sam, she has been nothing short of perfect. Any questions we’ve emailed over she’s answered within a couple hours, helped us through the whole process of renting our perfect new home and made the whole process incredibly easy - her outstanding customer service has helped us get absolutely everything sorted and as first time renters ensured we understood everything we needed to understand.
Thank you Sam for making this experience perfect.

We have had a fantastic experience with Ryder and Dutton helping us to rent our new house and highly recommend them.
Gemma, Moira and Sarah have all been fantastic. They were quick to respond to any query and were supportive and friendly through out. They made the whole process incredibly easy and were available to answer any queries whenever we needed them. Thanks for all you hard work.
