I stay overseas and my property has been managed by Sam Oliver for over a year now. They found me good tenants. They act as a bridge between myself and the tenants, and the government as well. They handle everything for me where there are issues. Rents are collected and passed to me timely and records provided to me in a clear manner. They are also responsive to my queries. Experience with them have been absolutely happy.

Always got things we needed and worked together with the tenants to make sure the property was as comfortable as it could be for all staying inside. Was also really flexible and helped me move on to my next place and no hassle at all in terms of getting deposits etc back. A good agency run by good people.

Fantastic experience. Rented a room in a shared house in Warrington from them. House brand new renovation all modern and each room has own en-suite. Brand new modem kitchen with space to sit and chill and flat screen tv on the wall. All bills included and great house mates with a real community feel created by the letting team introducing and communicating well with all. Hope to be able to move back in when I can xx

Very happy with the experience. The process itself can be a bit long, however the agents are always there to help, any questions or concerns they will solve it to their best abilities. They are very flexible and always try to better suit the tenant needs.
They left a wee gift in my new place which was a super sweet detail and really made my day after being so stressed with moving.
5 stars :)
