I've recently sold a house through Sapphire Homes. I've actually bought the house through them a few years ago and I've used them as a Letting Agent during that time. Both as Estate Agents and Letting Agents they were always professional, communication was always good and prompt. They looked after the property and the tenants very well. They know the local market and can give priceless advice. I would happily recommend Sapphire Homes to anyone wanting to use an Estate or Letting Agent in the Wigan and Leigh area.

I recently bought my first home and Jamie Williams was the agent dealing with the property. Jamie was so kind and friendly and very efficient. Everytime I had a query she came back to me really quickly. I would definitely recommend sapphire homes and Jamie as an estate agent.

Really underwhelmed with this agency. I understand the need for professionalism and business like however Everything is really formal without any personal touch. The owner Daniel Bristow sent me an email confirming my viewing and said would be interested in hearing my views on the property...never called! And I would have appreciated this as i had one or 2 queries/concerns. As for the viewing ('conducted') by Harry, was really underwhelming! He is a man of few words Harry! He didn't sell it in any way hardly..Now I know it was hardly the west wing of Buckingham Palace but I just felt completely uninformed and unguided. The agent (Keira) I was dealing with never used my first name on calls.She just presumed it was Me she was speaking to but more important I just never felt individual or valued as a prospective tenant AND customer ! The offer letter was even generic..no 'congratulations, all checks are successfully complete,we would formally like to offer you the tenancy subject to the following being completed (deposits etc) Or, 'Dear Bryan All checks are complete, subject to the following payments being completed, we are happy to welcome you as a tenant....' I am an outstanding tenant, 16 years renting with not a single payment missed with outstanding tenancy ref.

Seamless! Jamie from Sapphire looked after us from start to finish. At each stage of the process we were updated and had constant communication and updates. Our experience was smooth sailing at all stages of the move. Highly recommend using the team at Sapphire to assist with your move!
