Used Sell A House Online to sell my house last year. I went for the No Sale No Fee option which cost £999 on completion and included the free legal fees. Had lots of viewing and sold my house within the month excellent service from start to finish would definitely recommend.

I used these to list my property but i wouldn't use them again.
They did get people round, but i put that down to being on Rightmove. When it came to feedback i found them shocking, terrible communication, poor feedback and overall a poor service received.
I left various messages for people to return my call to with no response.
A chap named Mike seemed to be the only person that had a genuine interest.
I wouldn't use or recommend them

after 20+ calls this company doesn't even phone you back after promising to.I wouldn't even trust them to sell a tin can !!
