The apartment I am paying a luxury price for got moulded and it took nearly four months since I reported, with a lot of back and forth, while we had to pay our full monthly rent, we finally got moved to an air b’n’b for 3 months. The air bnb did not have the amenities we were paying for at our apartment, but we didn’t complain.
Due to the mould, my one of my daughters developed an acute asthma attack that we had to take her to the A&E on New Year’s Day.
We were meant to move back in tomorrow the 22nd, I took the week off work in preparation but got no feedback, not until I asked. Then day before moving we were advised that due to the flooring not completed we’d have to move after 9pm, we have a two year old and a nine year old. I disagreed to that but were told we had to move with no support because the insurance deems our home habitable.
We have no hot water in the apartment, we have a toilet with a door that doesn’t lock so a toddler can go in and fall in the pit, there are things just left here and there, the door doesn’t have the fire strip.
The apartment is left incomplete for us to just move back in. This must be illegal in some way

Settio have been managing one of our properties in Manchester for little over a year having transferred to them from our original managing agents who fell short of our expectations.
