We recently purchased our new home from Snapes and Katherine was dealing with us, the experience was excellent from start to finish. Katherine was professional, responsive and helpful.
She kept us informed at every step of the process and were always available to answer our questions, no matter how small. The communication was clear and timely, which made the entire transaction feel smooth and stress-free.

We bought our second home with Snapes and Katherine was our point of contact. Throughout the whole process she always kept us up to date, she was extremely responsive to emails and we felt really supported from her throughout the whole process. During a stressful time, (expecting a baby and moving house) Katherine made us feel at ease, knowing that she always had things in hand. I would 100% recommend and we will be using Snapes (& hopefully Katherine) when we come to sell for the second time. Thank you so much Katherine!!

We bought our house through Snapes in December and were very happy with the service we received from all the staff, especially Sophie. We moved from Scotland so had limited availability for viewings etc, but Snapes were very helpful and accommodating of our needs. We dealt with several agents in the surrounding area during our search and wish they were all as good as Snapes. We would recommend them to anybody; you'll be in safe hands.

Snapes helped us sell a home and gave us excellent service. They kept us updated regularly via there app and by phone, and were proactive in moving matters forward, liaising with two other sets of solicitors and estate agents frequently and keeping us fully informed. We would recommend them.

Outstanding Service from Sophie
I recently completed a property purchase and had the absolute pleasure of working with Sophie as my agent. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Sophie’s communication was second to none — she kept me fully up to date with every step of the conveyancing process and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
