I would like to express my disappointment with this agency. In May I requested more details and possibly a viewing for a 2 bedroom house to rent, located in Bramhall. Shortly I received an email from their agent asking for some details. Which I provided and asked if is possible to organise a viewing. Since then I heard nothing about the house from them. I waited patiently for their email telling me if the house was still available or not. Meanwhile I was keep looking for properties, and was so busy with my kids and daily stuff. So I forgot about them. After nearly 3 weeks, when I was scrolling and looking for the most suitable house for my family. I noticed that the same house from Snapes Estate is still on the market. And the move in date is for 19th of June 2024. And this was perfect for us. So, once again I emailed them, asking why nobody is replying to my emails and is it possible to arrange a viewing. Also I registered with their website, so they can have more details about me. I got a reply from the Sellings department, that my email went to them, but they copied my email and forwarded to Lettings. And guess what??? No reply from them again. Maybe they're not interested or they have enough customers so not to be bothered to reply at least.
