Extremely disappointed with my experience at Sovereign Estate Agents. From the beginning, the communication was poor and unprofessional. I was constantly chasing them for updates, and they rarely responded on time. When they did, the information provided was often vague or inaccurate. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and transparent estate agency. Plenty of better options out there.

“I had a very disappointing experience with [Sovereign Estate Agent ]. They lack professionalism and respect. They took my contact number multiple times, promising to get in touch, but never followed through. Each time I visited, they were dismissive and their attitude was very disrespectful. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for professional service.”

DO NOT LET PROPERTY WITH THS+ESE GUYS.
Absolute bunch of liars, Failed to collect the rentals from the tenant on several occasions only coming out with excuses and carried on charging 10% service charge.
Finally managed to get the tenant evicted, was promised all the money will be recouped and failing to adhere to his principles and words.

Do not trust them, they have my deposit and don’t wanna send it back . I contact them they are saying it’s not us. I will take legal actions soon.
