My partner and I are currently in the process of finding a rental property together and our experience with Spencer Harvey has been very smooth. While we ultimately decided not to proceed with the property we viewed, Emily Price who conducted the viewing was extremely helpful and communicative. She responded promptly to all of our questions, even outside of her working hours. As we continue our search, Emily has kindly offered to reach out if she finds a property that fits our criteria so its reassuring to be working with an Estate agents who take the time to understand what you want and aren’t pressurising. Thank you!

I have recently taken on the tenancy of a property via Spencer Harvey, and they have been fantastic through the whole process. Stephanie and Emily are so supportive, professional, and just downright nice - there was a possible hiccup in the process but they negotiated it calmly and patiently (which was more than I was!). I would not hesitate to recommend SH to anyone I know who might be looking for a property in Stockport.

Spencer Harvey is like an Angel sent to me. My experience with them was very very very good. Their staffs are very supportive and friendly.

Honestly when I decide to move to a bigger space,trust me Spencer Harvey is doing that for me 💯.

Emily at Spencer Harvey has been very supportive & informative - helping me understand what's required as a potential landlord of a property.
Her communication has been effective & efficient, which has been appreciated.
