This is my first time buying a property and was apprehensive about the whole process but Jessica was amazing. From her introducing herself and prompt response to emails, guiding me through, her politeness, diplomacy and preciseness to the way she made everything seem so easy, I couldn't have wished for a better sales negotiator. I’ve had a brilliant experience with Springbok Properties thanks to Jess Thornton, my sales negotiator. Jess was friendly, professional, and extremely efficient from start to finish.
She negotiated a sale for me very quickly at around my asking price, and her advice throughout was clear, positive, and reassuring. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her communication was excellent at every stage.
I’m giving Jess five stars and am hopeful the rest of the sale will go through just as smoothly. Thanks again, Jess – truly outstanding service!

James Keating was fantastic! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and was able to efficiently answer any queries or concerns we had and reassure us about any of our concerns. As first-time buyers, James was able to guide us through the beginning stages of our purchase with patience and was able to provide us with any knowledge we needed. James was a brilliant person to work with. We would happily work with James again and recommend him to anyone who uses Springbok Properties to purchase or sell their homes with ease. Haden, one of the senior sales negotiators at Springbok, was absolutely amazing. He kept us well informed, was available to answer any questions and explained everything clearly. He made the whole process straight forward and we couldn’t be more grateful for all his help. Springbok have been absolute first class!
We found them on rightmove upon searching for our dream first home.
As a first time buyers we were very unsure about the process also given the fact we don't know anyone who had used Springbok properties before.
We dealt with a gentleman named Marc Sylvester who very reassuringly explained to us how it all works from an agents position. No question was too big or small to ask and he always made time for us with anything we needed to know.
Marc and Taryck have been absolutely fantastic. They always get back to us promptly and re assured us whenever we had concerns! They are incredibly professional and they clearly know their stuff!! They are kind, courteous and down to earth.
I highly recommend using Springbok Properties! They have a LOT to offer and get the job done!
