It has been absolutely amazing and hassle free experience with Stevenson whyte. Especially Jennie, she’s wonderful always being very patient with us, it was our first time finding an apartment through agency so we had lots of concerns and unaware of many things but Jennie has been very patient and always responsive very quickly. And thank you William for sorting things out very quickly before we got our keys. You guys are the best

I’ve dealt with 3 management companies in 10 years on my property and Stevenson Whyte have been the best. Our property manager Riley, is very responsive, polite and professional. The only downside I’ve experienced is the amount charged for management packs when selling a property, but I think most management companies charge a lot.

These people arent nice nor polite. They say the Properties-' owners dont have time to wait to rent the Properties. This agency doesn't have patience with the costumers and future costumers. They want to do the business in 2days.

SW response to my post below is even more disappointing, as they received a correspondence on 6 December layout out the exact reasons for my post below. SW were asked to provide evidence to the contrary to allow for the post to be "happily removed". There was not even an acknowledgment.
So, in the interest of balance, here are the statements, in writing, 3 other Directors have made re Stevenson Whyte (SW):
"but we are puzzled as to why the estimates are not consistent in their detail”.
“It does not build confidence that this has been missed if not, and it would raise bigger questions for us going forward.”
“not making sure that all estimates are consistent in the detail is a huge concern for us.”
“Simple details like these are essential to garner confidence from the board and all leaseholders that you are in control of all the details”.
“I hope the focus on detail improves going forward as I have to say I have been unimpressed to date with what has been going on.”
“I will also be asking why it hasn’t been picked up by (SW Employee) too as it is disappointing to say the least”.
“I am raising my concerns as I speak and copying (SW Director) in too so they understand how pressing this”.
“The ground work for the longer term plan hasn’t been done, I agree SW don’t appear to have done due diligence. As we oversee them – am I right in thinking we haven’t done ours either?”
“Now I was even more annoyed with myself that I had trusted SW and not asked to check the actual quotations before agreeing to send out the statement of estimates”
Very disappointed with the level of service provided since they have taken over as the managing agent of Slate Wharf. No monthly inspections nor any written reports. No replacement of life-safety lights, highlighted over 7 months ago. No attendances to multiple roof leaks. Went out for tenders without any proper scope. Lift not working for weeks. Overstepping their authority and ignoring requests by directors. Black mouldy pavers, window sills, coping on walls & piers and black stains down the gable brickwork walls. Broken pavers everywhere and sunken manhole covers causing potential hazard and safety issues not being addressed.
