I Can confirm this is the correct agency. The agency fails to deal with serious complaints. Josephine was dismissive when trying to deal with the complaint that was serious to safety of tenants. When asked to speak to Ruth the customer service manager she refused. Staff do not resolve issues not email back to emails, contractors do not turn on days the company say they are attending. The company false advertise properties of old photos and not up to date photos. I'd also look at other low star reviews that all have a common theme

I thought I was dealing with Estes directly. Sure move charged me 2 more feet of space than I actually used. So instead of being charged $752 I was then charged $999 after measuring once we loaded and unloaded our items I used a little over four in a half feet of space, I looked to be charged for the extra foot of $120, but instead I was charged $240 and it's apparent they measure differently. I'm super duper never using them again. If I can't deal with company directly I'll drive myself. Otherwise my things arrived on schedule and that I have no complaints about.

We have been letting from sure move since June 2024, we have spoken to stacie a few times about minor problems in the property and she has been brilliant and made sure those issues are dealt with and resolved. Through moving in process, we were kept up to date with everything and it was documented. We did read the bad reviews that have been left and we also read the good reviews that have been left and up to now, our experience with Sure Move continues to be a happy one. Thankyou ☺️

PLEASE, for the sake of your own sanity, AVOID THIS LETTINGS AGENT! I read all the reviews before moving in (because I had no choice and it was last minute) and I can say that all the negative reviews are TRUE. Sure Move is operating unlawfully, they are unprofessional in every sense of the word and they should not be in business. As soon as I moved in, I could not wait to leave. The property was in the worst possible state you could imagine and most certainly NOT suitable for anyone to live in. Dirt everywhere, cobwebs, cracks in the walls, smelt of weed and the front door had a big hole in it so the draft kept coming through (all throughout winter). My room was no better. On day one, it was dirty, the walls were full of marks and scratches, the white paint was discoloured, the bathroom I couldn’t use it because it was that dirty, the sink was leaking and most importantly the room did not look like the room in the photos they sent me on the room confirmation document prior to moving in. Half the items were not included and the chest of drawers/bedside table were not a matching set as shown in the pictures. I mention this because now that I have left and upon their “inspection” of the room, they claim that I am liable for their purchase of a brand new matching set for the chest of drawers and bedside table. Absolutely ridiculous. Why would I pay them for a brand new set when 1) it was never a matching set when I moved in and 2) these items were NOT brand new. They had cracks, marks and all sorts of wear and tear on them. They took my deposit of £125 and want me to pay an extra £178 for their new matching set?! I think not. I won’t be paying for what I am not liable for. I left the room in the best condition I could, better than how I found it. I will end up suing them for breach of contract and pursue damages because they have been extremely unreasonable. Their unreasonable conduct will get them into a lot of trouble. Please please please find a new lettings agent and save yourself the stress. These people do not deserve the time of day.
