We recently bought and sold houses with Taylor & Wood. I have to say the service was second to none. Mike lives locally and is very knowledgable about the area, and is therefore able to value properties accurately.
Mike was really rooting for us with our sale and the purchase of the house we'd set our hearts on. He really isn't the 'usual type' of Estate Agent who is pushy. Thank goodness for that!
The ladies in the office are also very good, they are approachable and very helpful. All round great service.

So glad we stuck with Taylor & Wood to find our first rental home! Claire told us something would be coming up that would suit us, now we are living in a lovely apartment in a quiet area, which is just what we were looking for.
Nicola also helped us and has given us advice and said we are welcome to call up if we need any future advice.
10/10 experience, would fully recommend if you’re looking for a rental to live.

Recently sold a property for me in Hyde.
The whole team made the transition so much easier.
Nothing was too much trouble. Living an hour and a half away from the sale property was a struggle, but the team managed the house and the sale with great professionalism.
Can't recommend enough.

So glad we bought with Taylor & Wood! Mike, Ann and the team were fantastic. A reliable estate agent with values and morals.
We’ve had such a good experience with Mike, he was really rooting for us, answered all our question during viewing and allowed to take some time to really fall in love with the property.
Ann don’t ever lose your positive attitude! You’re such a pleasure to speak to on the phone.
We are so happy we bought with Taylor & Wood. You guys really made the process seamless.

We used Taylor and Wood Hyde to sell our house, they handled most of the viewings and kept in touch with the progress of the sale, the house was sold pretty quickly and the service we were given was top notch,i would certainly recommend Taylor and Wood Hyde for any future sales.
