Stefan has been fantastic from start to finish of our house sale. The photos taken for the sale were high quality and really showed the house off. It was a quick and easy process with a great sale price (over asking). Stefan is there for advice and is great at communication. We're thrilled we chose The Good Estate Agent Leigh and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

The experience of selling a house is a very stressful process. Working with Stef made the process very easy indeed. He gave an honest valuation, did all the viewings and kept in contact with our solicitors. I would recommend the good estate agent if your selling your house.

We purchased our new house through The Good Agent this year and they have been absolutely amazing. Stefan is super approachable and professional and has been great throughout. The lovely Clare showed us around the property and she was so welcoming and friendly. She has been such a huge support to our family during the process of buying the house both emotionally and professionally. Clare is a huge asset to the team! We love you Clare!

We recently sold our house with Stefan at The Good Estate Agent in Leigh, who was brilliant throughout the whole process. The professional pictures they took of our property helped it to sell within 24 hours of being put on the market, which you don’t often get with other estate agents.
Stefan constantly went above and beyond to keep us updated and was able to answer any questions we had - whatever time of day or night it was!
We would definitely recommend The Good Estate agent to anyone and especially Stefan.

Stefan at the Good Estate Agent has been exceptional throughout the buying and selling process. His knowledge and expertise helped to make a quite complicated move as stress free as possible! We always knew that we were in safe hands with Stefan.
