I recently switch to The Letting Agent and I am very happy. Ty and the team have been fantastic and make life so much easier and better. They communicate well, they put effort to understand my needs and their willingness to go one step further impress me!!!

AMAZING estate agents! Liz Mullen-Cooper & Ty Armario especially have been incredible - such genuine people that get the job done and care a lot about their clients. A pleasure to have dealt with, couldn't recommend more! And not at all surprised by their 5 star review score, very rare to find nowadays!

What can I say. The Letting Agents have been simply amazing. As a novice landlord they have guided me through every stage. Ty and Liz go over and above to make sure everything is in order, their communications are spot on, and their experience and knowledge is second to none. We could not rate The Letting Agent highly enough. From the very beginning, the quality of service was second to none. The company’s personable quality, accessibility and outstanding communication easily surpasses all other agents. They tailored the property to our requirements, facilitated all logistical and administrative components of the tenancy and continue to be a pleasure to deal with on all aspects of our rental. We are extremely happy to have experienced such outstanding service.

As a tenant, The Letting Agent staff were incredible throughout our entire tenancy. Previous experience with dozens of other lettings agents left me wary, guarded and anxious, but The Letting Agent have been second-to-none. Their warm, relaxed and friendly approach to lettings sets them aside from the rest. All of my dealings with Ty, Liz and Sharon were hugely positive, going above and beyond in every aspect. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the tenants in the properties they manage. Thank you! A gem in the Manchester lettings market. 💎
