Thornley Groves provided an excellent and professional service throughout the duration of my purchasing process. Colette was incredibly helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. She responded quickly to my emails and ensured that the process continued to progress at an appropriate rate through consistently contacting my solicitor and applying pressure when timescales were not being met. She facilitated further viewings and was professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend this estate agents for any purchases made in the Altrincham area.

We couldn’t fault Chris who delivered on his promise of selling our property, the service he gave was great and we were impressed with the marketing material he put together however what followed let Thornley Groves down in our opinion.
We felt we were constantly chasing, that they were more working for the buyer instead of us as the seller and when we completed never received a ‘thanks for choosing us and all the best with everything’ we literally dropped the keys off to an empty office who had no idea who we were. I guess by that point they had their commission and had everything they needed from us. A shame as you’d think they would rely on good recommendations to others and with this in mind I am not so sure we would use them again to be honest.

A massive shout out to Colette, Chris and James who have each provided an excellent service from the start.
All 3 have been extremely professional in every aspect of the marketing of my home. The communication has been thorough throughout. They make a great team.

Thorley Groves had marketed the house 20 years ago, which is how I had got to purchase it. They were superb back then, and are superb now.
