It was a pleasure dealing with Thornley Groves for our recent purchase. Their manager Tom was a superstar! Nothing was too much for him and despite issues with the legals, he took control and ensured a smooth transition. He is a vital asset to the company and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would recommend Tom unreservedly to anyone looking to either sell or buy a house !

Thornley Groves' Hale office is an excellent estate agent to trust with the sale of your property. The office manager, Tom, is fantastic. From start to finish, he provides a thoroughly professional service. He keeps you in the loop at all times and doesn't give the buyer's conveyancer a moments rest. He's on to them, ensuring the sale gets over the line. Tom has sold several properties for me and I wouldn't use anyone else in Hale.

The whole team at Thornley Groves have been brilliant to deal with but especially Tom Beevers. Tom went out of his way for us, got our (lower) offer accepted within 15 minutes of our second viewing and was generally just great to deal with. Being first time buyers, we were naive about the process and felt very out of our depth when issues came up. Tom gave us fantastic advice the whole way through and we could not recommend him more. Thanks again!

I have just used the Hale branch of Thornley Groves to manage the sale of my house. From the start of the process when Stuart valued my property, he was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the market and instilled confidence that he would endeavour to achieve the best possible sale price. Kate Sanders provided an exceptional service during the sales process, always being available to help and advise. She was very reassuring, understanding and helpful, especially near the end of the process with issues with the chain to try to make the process less stressful for me. She deserves a medal. I would highly recommend them to any future sellers.

After months of not being able to get a purchase over the line with a previous employee of Thornley Groves who left the company, Tom Beevers joined at Thornley Groves in Hale and made all the difference. In fact, if it wasn't for Tom, I don't think the purchase would have gone through as he negotiated between parties effectively. Also, thanks to Kerry who was always 100% blooming lovely to deal with. We had numerous visits to the house which were no problem for the team at TG. Thanks.
