I’ve had a fab experience with this branch. By far the best I’ve had with any letting agent. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review before, but felt like I needed to here. Karen was brilliant. She managed the arranging of my viewings really promptly, was super clear with communication, and just had such a kind, thoughtful approach. She gave helpful info about the area, was honest about the practicalities, and made the whole thing feel easy. After I was accepted, she kept in touch and gave clear advice on what would happen next. Amanda picked things up with Karen still involved, after that and was equally fab – really consistent, kept me updated, and always quick to respond. Both were really easy to get hold of, always kept me in the loop, and just made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward.
