Although the beginning was rocky and with little communication, Carolyne the sales manager redeemed the company's image. She went above and beyond for us, kept us informed where needed and helped chase people where necessary. She always brought a calm to the storm. Thank you Carolyne and also thank you to Ruby. best of luck if you end up with the abysmal imogen windsor in the altrincham branch, girly doesn’t answer the phone and is one of the rudest most unresponsive people i’ve ever known, made our tenancy so stressful!! re-signed the contract 3 months before end of tenancy, only to have her ring us the night before the renewal date to tell us they forgot to put a break clause in and we were forced to re-sign or we’d have nowhere else to live. began to ignore our calls and would only answer if we rang off another number / no caller ID. god forbid you want an email back from her, be ready to send 3 follow ups to get a reply! was then issued with section 21 eviction and had to move out over xmas, and during this incredibly stressful time imogen remained incapable of responding to us when we had important things to sort out. tried to charge us incorrect arrears when moving out, it took us finally kicking off and asking for another property manager for her to magically sort everything out that we’d been asking for, it’s a miracle what complaining does. put me off ever renting with this company again, soooo much wrong with the house and shocking estate agents. definitely felt personal with imogen when all we did was ask normal questions about our tenancy, either that or she’s just terrible at her job. best of luck out there huns!
