Have used Tom Clarke and Co for a number of years and am very happy with the service received. Rory, Shayne and Mike always help with any issues and are very quick to address repairs. Lynne has been amazing helping with the purchase of a property. Thankyou.

Only one star because I've never been here? Looked it up on another property site and that's it? Must be the way everything's linked In maps? In response to the reply I've received for the above paragraph: I'd like to add upon reflection, that my scant review doesn't reflect any way upon the quality of this business and the only reason I gave a review at all was because Google Maps keeps posting it on my phone - asking me to complete a review and to do that, I have to give a 'star' rating to be able to give that review. I suppose in situations like this, to give one star can reflect badly upon a business that may actually be a great business; so when not knowing first hand whether the business be good or bad, a three star/down the middle reference would be fairer. Therefore, I have changed my star rating accordingly 😁

5 Stars just isnt enough for Tom Clarke. Amazing estate agents, staff are fantastic, management second to non! Clearly the best agent in the area, the fact that their boards are on every street confirm that. Thanks Mike and Rory for all your honest service over the years, look forward to working with you guys again.

Highly competent Agents Tom Clarke have been managing my property for 6 years. My property is based in Manchester City Centre so naturally I initially placed my property with City Centre agents who unfortunately failed to deliver on a regular basis. Tom Clarke were recommended to me by a colleague so I passed the property to them to manage and I have never looked back. The staff are professional, friendly and most importantly competent. Prior to passing my property to them I was seriously considering selling the property as I was having so much hastle with the previous agents but since Tom Clarke took over I could almost forget I have it (apart from the rent payment received each month (and on time)). I can't recommend them enough so this is my way of saying "Thank you" to the staff for their continuous hard work!!!

Recently bought a house that was being sold by Tom Clarke....Great service, Lynne was an absolute star in keeping me up to date and putting my mind at rest if had any issues with the sellers solicitors etc and went above and beyond what she needed to do to help me get a completion date as soon as possible. IF i do ever move again then i will defo be dealing with this company !!!!!!!!!
