We had a great experience selling with Tracy Phillips. The service is professional, from a really experienced team who worked exceptionally hard for us to get the sale over the line during a very busy period. We were delighted with the team's customer service levels, both for us and for our buyers who were always able to get hold of Tracy Phillips whenever needed. I'd absolutely recommend them - they set the standard for estate agency in the area.

Pretty poor experience on my behalf. Loved a house put an offer in and offer accepted then nothing no correspondence and then they kept it under offer all this time. To be then told it's now not for sale to us. Very very poor service and not once did it say sold as it should have been. A long winded story to be honest. But if you like something and the buyer agrees to sell put sold on it. Thank fully bought somewhere else and I don't have to deal with Tracey Phillips. Thank god !

We recently bought a bungalow from Tracey Phillips Estate Agents.They were a thoroughly nice,professional group of ladies.Nothing was too much trouble,they always rang back when they promised. They let us view the property a second time,and we had another appointment to measure up.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of buying/selling a property.

We can't praise Tracy and her team enough. From the very beginning when Tracy came out to appraise and value our home, we were impressed. She is friendly, professional and realistic with the valuation. There was no hard sell or pressure put on us. The decision to sell our home after 24 years was massive. Tracy demonstrated empathy which was much appreciated. After a few weeks of consideration, we put our home up for sale. She strongly believed that there would be a lot of interest and it would sell very quickly. Her team took care of all of the viewings on our behalf as we preferred not to be at home. Within two weeks, we had a number of offers and accepted one. We were contacted regularly with potential properties that suited our criteria. We found our dream home and moved in a week ago. Our sale was looked after by Kelly, who was always on hand to give support and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. It's so refreshing to have such a positive experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tracy Phillips Estates.

Nothing is too much trouble and all queries are handled promptly and with sensitivity as this can be a stressful time.
