Talat Ali what a very nice guy gave me good advice over the phone nearly rented a house of him but unfortunately due to circumstances out of his control it didn't happen.but very professional would recommend urban estate

Having rented with Urban Estates for the past few months, I can attest to how helpful, friendly, and communicative Kelly, Paul, and especially Talat -- the agent for my flat -- have been during our stay. They were swift and meticulous with guiding us through the contracting process, as well as being quick to respond to any maintenance issues that arose during our stay. Overall, I am very happy with their services, and I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone searching to rent or buy a property.
