I've been using this estate agency for about the last 15years or so and have now sold my property. I'd just like share my personal experience with them which has always been outstanding. Any late payments regarding my tenants was promptly chased up and dealt with (unlike Edward Mellor) and Carla especially is totally professional and friendly to deal with.She has been extremely helpful also during the sale of the property. I highly recommend using this agency.

Utterly useless. How any business ever gets done is beyond me. There's absolutely no sense of urgency for anything, communication is awful.
Don't expect them to let you know anything first. If you want any information from them, you have to chase and chase and chase. Phone calls and messages go ignored for weeks at a time, then just fobbed off with excuses and passing the blame, and that's when you aren't just being outright lied to. If you can avoid dealing with Walkers, then use absolutely anybody else.
It's a shame there isn't a zero star option on here as I think one star is too generous.

After phoning numerous times this week, emailing to book viewing with no response until I'd phoned for the umpteenth time to ask about a viewing the lady trying to put me off to say there were already applications in. Couldn't make the times I suggested I decided to leave it after trying to contact them several times this week. Why would anyone want to live in a property managed by this agency. Do the homeowners whose properties you manage, realise that your agency are putting off potential renters. Completely unprofessional!!!!

Excellent service received from the staff at Walkers Property Services in marketing and selling my property. Friendly, reliable and professional. Kept me well informed throughout the process and I also received good advice.
My partner also received the same quality of service during the sale of her property last year.
I would certainly recommend using walkers and intend to do so myself in the future.

Walker Property Services was recommended to me by a few friends and colleagues, who have used this company themselves and could not praise them highly enough. The staff could not have been more helpful. Carla especially was polite, professional and I could not have wished for a more helpful lady to deal with.
