Having suffered for 8 months under an extremely poor local estate agent, we made the best decision in switching the sale to West Riding. Whilst the conveyancing process was long and convoluted I couldn't have wished for more from Billy and the wider team. Nothing was too much trouble, he was always helpful, cheerful and above all proactive. Despite difficult purchasers and uninterested solicitors Billy did everything he could to keep us informed and drive the process forwards. There are some poor performers amongst Estate Agents, but West Riding are exceptional at what they do. I recommend them, and Billy, unreservedly.

Me and my partner recently bought a house through west riding and I couldn’t say enough positive things! They were all so helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. The team really made the process of buying a house less stressful. Hannah and Billy were particularly amazing and helped us throughout the whole process. Thank you to the whole west riding team!

Selling a house is hard work but I was very pleased I chose the team at Kirkhams/ West Riding to deal with. The photography was top notch and definitely stood out from competitors. Jacob, Billy and Hannah were responsive, calm and friendly to deal with. I would recommend using them over cost- cutting competitors who you can’t get hold of when you need to and don’t know what’s going on when you eventually do. Thanks to all the team for making the process a lot easier for us as sellers.

I was very happy with my choice of WEST RIDING ESTATE AGENTS from the personal service and time spent to assess the property and the extra detail of the professional photos really made difference in how the property was marketed . Billy and Hannah were great to work with and communication was prompt and professional. All members of the team who I spoke with were very helpful. Highly recommended !

West riding are by far the most professional and competent estate agents I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with . No chasing required, very on the ball and billy whom I dealt with the majority of the time is a credit to them. Hugely recommend them .
